For almost 30 years Richard has been representing clients in court and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative proceedings. Richard is admitted to various Tribal Courts, Minnesota State Courts and Minnesota Federal Court. Because Richard’s practice focuses on tribal employers, he is experienced in addressing potential risks and counseling tribal employers to stay out of the courthouse.
