Tribal Employment Lecture Sessions
Tribal employers, in addition to the listed sessions, add the following modules to the standard sessions: separation agreements, responding to regulators, whistleblower protection, ethics, nepotism, retaliation, mental illness in the workplace, medical marijuana, I-9 compliance, off the clock behavior, and social media and the workplace.
Training in Tribal Gaming
Two classes are available for your consideration. Additionally, classes can be developed to meet your specific goals and objectives. Those classes are Gaming Law & Regulation for Council and Commissioners & Casino Employees Preparation for & Participation in Gaming Commission Hearings.
Both sessions include written materials and a lawyer-facilitator who will deliver the necessary information to you in a way which will motivate you to exceed your expectations while at the same time validate the good things you are doing. Tribal Council, Gaming Commissioners and Employees, Gaming Enterprise Employees are all recommended to attend these classes.
If there are specific topics which will meet your training goals, those topics can be included as stand alone training or as an addition to the listed sessions.
